 Why?

Peoplechange was created to increase the performance of organisations through the performance of people.

Peoplechange believe that people develop and change their skills and attitudes when they want to.
People don’t change when they feel forced to.

To embrace this, we use key points of andragogy (the theory of how adults learn) and theory of behaviour change.
This combination creates great training and coaching events which work.

Who?

PeopleChange was established in 2002 by Claire Jordan.
Claire Jordan’s high credibility as a trainer comes from her own management experience.
She worked within management for 10 years and managed teams from 2 to 22.
Claire’s last corporate role was Organisation Development Manager with a major utility organisation.

Claire holds a BA Hons Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Management, combined with supporting qualifications in coaching, project management and counselling.

Claire’s motivation:
I became passionate in supporting people in their work roles when I saw the loss of personal and business potential through a lack of understanding, rather than a lack of ability. Managing people requires a mix of knowledge and skills with an understanding of when to use them. We enable people and business to achieve their potential”.
